Vouvray Sec "Le Mont" 2023 from Domaine Huet is a benchmark dry Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley. Sourced from the prestigious Le Mont vineyard—planted on clay-rich tuffeau soils—it embodies Huet’s signature precision and tension.

Grown under certified biodynamic practices, this 2023 vintage opens with floral notes, green apple, pear and quince, alongside a pronounced minerality and hints of beeswax and citrus zest. On the palate, it's crisp, dry, and elegant, marked by sharp acidity, tight structure, and a clean, saline finish.

Grapes are manually harvested, gently pressed, and aged in large traditional foudres. The 2023 growing season—with its warm summer and balanced rainfall—produced a wine that perfectly combines ripeness and freshness, making it approachable now but also age-worthy.

A superb match for seafood, goat cheese, shellfish, or spring vegetables like asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
