Domaine Larue's Saint-Aubin 1er Cru is a fine white wine produced in the Côte de Beaune wine region of Burgundy using Chardonnay grapes from various crus in the Saint-Aubin area, including Le Sentier du Clou and Les Murgers des Dents de Chien.
Domaine Larue's production philosophy is based on the use of sustainable growing techniques, such as careful yield management and manual harvesting of the grapes. The winery also uses indigenous yeasts for fermentation, which help give the wine a unique and distinctive flavor.
The organoleptic characteristics of Domaine Larue's Saint-Aubin 1er Cru are complex and sophisticated. The wine shows a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, hints of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear emerge, along with notes of citrus, white flowers and spices.
