Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of shipment. We suggest you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are largely sized and your items are well-protected. In order to make sure that our products arrive safely we have chosen special boxes made to protect the items in the delicate shipment process. When the goods are delivered the customers should check that parcel is still in good condition. In case of damage the customer should make it clear by writing “Goods unchecked” on the shipping document received by the carrier, eventually specifying the damages on the parcel.

The customer will then have 10 days since the delivery to communicate damages – depending on carrier’s policy. Therefore we highly recommend that you check the parcel more than once when you receive it, otherwise no complaints will be accepted afterwards. If the customer accepts the parcel delivered without complaining nor writing goods unchecked, neither the carrier nor Grandi Bottiglie will be responsible for that.

Pending items and/or wrong address

If the carrier cannot deliver the parcel due to wrong or not precise address given by the client, or if nobody is found at the given address, the carrier tries twice more the delivery. After the third time the goods become unclaimed and the client will pay additional costs. We advise to provide always a valid mobile phone number at the moment of purchase. In case of a problem the parcel will be shipped again by Grandi Bottiglie only after all expenses, including shipping costs, have been paid.

Return and refund policy

The customer who buys online at Grandi Bottiglie S.r.l has the right to recede from the purchase within 10 days from delivery. In order to be entitled to this right the items must be in good conditions, they should have only been observed, not used, and the parcel must be in the same condition it had at the time of delivery. Used items or open bottles or damaged parcels will not be accepted. The shipping cost will be charged to the client and the refund (products only, without shipping cost) will be made within 30 days since the delivery of returned items. If the items returned do not meet the requirements, the amount to be refunded will be calculated by our staff at our own discretion.

Extra UE shipments

The shipping cost for shipments to extra UE countries (excluded USA) doesn't include any other extra cost (i.e. custom related costs, administrative costs, and other costs provided for by law by any sigle country).
