Le Sacre Blanc Grand Cru Champagne by Selosse-Pajon is a superb Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes sourced from the chalky soils of Avize, one of the most prestigious villages in the Côte des Blancs.

This cuvée is crafted from 65% base wine and 35% reserve wine, fermented in stainless steel and aged extensively on the lees, giving it structure and finesse. It displays a crystalline appearance with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage.

On the nose, it offers a refined and floral bouquet, dominated by pure white blossom aromas. The palate is silky and rounded, with gentle bubbles and a well-defined mineral backbone, showcasing the richness and elegance of Chardonnay from Avize.

Ideal for sophisticated aperitifs, and an excellent match for seafood, shellfish and delicate white meats. A Champagne of precision and purity, expressing the soul of its terroir.
