The Hautes Côtes de Nuits Rouge is a refined expression of Pinot Noir produced by Jérémy Recchione, a young and talented winemaker from Burgundy. This wine represents his dedication and passion for viticulture, manifesting in every sip.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine comes from the terroir of Curtil Vergy, located in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The vineyards rest on clay-limestone and white marl soils, imparting extraordinary complexity and finesse to the wine. The grapes are handpicked, with rigorous selection ensuring the highest quality fruit.

The vinification of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits Rouge is characterized by meticulous care and traditional techniques. 80% of the Pinot Noir is used whole cluster, promoting a light maceration that enhances the integrity and freshness of the fruit. The process begins with a three-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then subjected to a slow pressing and transferred to 228-liter barrels, where it matures for 11 months. This extended aging in wood helps develop the wine's aromatic complexity and structure.

The Hautes Côtes de Nuits Rouge presents a brilliant ruby red color.
