SELOSSE-PAJON
Selosse-Pajon represents over 150 years of Champagne tradition, born from the union of two historic winemaking families. Corinne and Jérôme, both heirs to this legacy, have brought together their expertise in a single, authentic domaine rooted in excellence.
The estate is located in Chavot-Courcourt, just 4.5 km south of Épernay, and spans 6 hectares of vineyards across the Vallée de la Marne, the Côteau Sud d’Épernay, and the prestigious chalky soils of Avize in the Côte des Blancs. Each terroir contributes to the finesse, structure, and minerality that define the house style.
Viticultural work is performed with daily dedication and in harmony with nature. Pruning, tying, de-budding, canopy management — every gesture honors the rhythms of the vine and the traditions passed down through generations.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand, respecting Champagne's ancestral regulations. In the cellar, wines are aged “sur lattes” before undergoing traditional manual riddling on wooden pupitres. The result is cuvées of consistent quality and character, built on the delicate balance between sugar and acidity.
Selosse-Pajon works with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, vinified with precision and sensitivity. Their Champagnes are expressive, elegant, and deeply tied to the land — a tribute to time, terroir, and family savoir-faire.
