Champagne Brut Nature “BAM!” Tarlant
The Champagne Brut Nature “BAM!” is one of the most innovative creations by Tarlant, a family renowned for their uncompromising quality and long maturations. Its name is both an acronym of the grape varieties used – Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit Meslier – and an onomatopoeia evoking the explosive impact of this cuvée in the glass.
Unlike traditional Champenois blends, BAM! revives forgotten varieties once set aside for their sharp acidity or challenging cultivation. Today, in the context of climate change, they bring freshness and structure, offering a forward-looking expression of Champagne.
The wine combines a floral bouquet of passionflower, jasmine and peach blossom with an electrifying palate featuring lime sorbet, honeyed green tea, rhubarb, papaya, golden kiwi and a lingering watermelon finish. It is mostly based on the 2010 vintage, blended with reserve wines, and matured for 7 years on lees and another 7 years after disgorgement.
A Champagne of rare character and depth, the Brut Nature “BAM!” is ideal for adventurous wine lovers seeking authenticity and uniqueness. Perfect for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with oysters, seafood crudo and refined haute cuisine.
