Cabernet 2020 from Cantina Produttori di Bolzano is a refined expression of Alto Adige’s unique terroir, where Bordeaux varieties have thrived for over 100 years. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc comes from selected vineyards located on the warm alluvial soils of the Adige Valley and Bolzano’s lowlands, harvested from mid to late October.

Vinified in stainless steel with both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, then aged in bottle, it shows a deep ruby red color. The nose offers intense aromas of blackcurrants, blueberries and blackberries, lifted by subtle spicy and herbal nuances. On the palate, it’s elegant, structured, and well-balanced, with fine tannins and great ageing potential.

A wine that perfectly pairs with red meats, game and mature cheeses, showing how Alto Adige can craft Cabernet with distinctive finesse and character.
