The Brunnenhof Organic Pinot Noir is one of the most authentic and elegant expressions of this noble grape variety in Alto Adige. The grapes come from vineyards in Mazon, an area with more than 100 years of tradition in Pinot Noir cultivation, and from a specially chosen parcel dedicated to this wine. The terroir combines sandy-loam soils, exposure to the warm afternoon sun, and the cooling influence of the Lake Garda breeze, which ensures slow ripening and a refined aromatic profile. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats, followed by aging in used tonneaux, a choice that preserves freshness and varietal purity while avoiding excessive oak influence.
In the glass, it shines with a vibrant dark ruby red color. The nose is fresh and inviting, offering aromas of crisp cherry, juicy raspberry and ripe strawberry, intertwined with delicate floral nuances. On the palate it displays a perfect balance: full fruit expression, silky texture, fine-grained tannins and a gentle freshness that enhances drinkability and length.
