Description

Bourgogne Rouge "Bedeau" 2023 Frederic Cossard

The Bedeau 2023 is a 100% Pinot Noir wine made from hand-harvested grapes from selected plots managed under natural farming principles.

Traditional fermentation occurs in wooden vats for 5–6 weeks (including malolactic), followed by aging on the lees and maturation in barriques—cleaned with ozone, without added sulfites—for up to 3 years.

The nose reveals a complex bouquet of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and delicate forest-floor notes. On the palate it’s well-structured, fresh and juicy, offering immediate pleasure yet also aging potential.Serve at 16–18 °C in tulip-shaped glasses.

Excellent with charcuterie starters or meat-based mains.
