The Blues Tasting Box was born from our desire to showcase the remarkable versatility of Pinot Noir through three distinct sparkling wine styles, each expressing a different terroir and winemaking philosophy.
This exclusive collection is the result of collaborations with carefully selected producers who share our commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship and respect for the vineyard.
The journey begins in the heart of Champagne’s Côte des Bar with our Blues Champagne Brut Nature, produced alongside Paul Dangin. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown on vines over thirty-five years old, it undergoes no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve freshness and precision, followed by at least thirty-six months of ageing on the lees. The result is a Champagne of remarkable purity, combining vibrant minerality with the depth and texture that only Pinot Noir can provide.
The second bottle takes us to Oltrepò Pavese, Italy’s historic home for Pinot Noir sparkling wines. The Blues Traditional Method Dosage Zero spends more than thirty-six months ageing on its lees, developing an elegant mousse, refined structure and remarkable balance. Dry, mineral and gastronomic, it is equally suited to an aperitif or an entire meal.
Completing the experience is the Blues Martinotti Method Extra Dry, also produced from 100% Pinot Noir. This interpretation highlights the grape’s fruit-forward personality with delicate floral aromas, fresh orchard fruit and a soft, creamy mousse that makes it wonderfully approachable and versatile.
