Made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir, this Pas Dosé reveals the purest expression of its terroir. More than sixty months of lees ageing bring depth and finesse, unveiling aromas of citrus, white flowers, delicate honey, ripe orchard fruit and freshly baked bread. The palate is vibrant, linear and persistent, finishing with a refined mineral note.
Alta Langa Rosé Millesimato Oudeis 2019
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir using the saignée method, this vintage rosé spends at least thirty-six months ageing on the lees. The bouquet opens with wild strawberry, red currant and wildflowers, followed by elegant hints of brioche and pastry. Dry, harmonious and finely textured, it delivers a fresh, savoury finish that highlights the character of Alta Langa.
