The Soave Classico “Vin Soave” 2020 by Inama expresses the true soul of the Garganega grape and the volcanic terroir of Soave.
The grapes come from 30-year-old vineyards in Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone, rooted in ancient basaltic soils that lend minerality and freshness to the wine.
Manual harvesting ensures the selection of the best fruit. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes a short skin contact maceration to develop greater aromatic complexity, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. The wine then ages on fine lees, adding texture and aromatic depth.
In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow color with bright reflections. The bouquet opens with floral notes of chamomile and elderflower, blended with apple and tropical fruit hints. On the palate, it’s vibrant, balanced, and mineral, with a clean, persistent finish featuring smoky and almond nuances.
