Full Minaa represents a unique expression of the Piedmontese terroir, born from the passion and innovation of the Giacone Daniele winery. This red wine, with an alcohol content of 13%, is produced using a revisited traditional technique: refermentation on the dried pomace of the renowned E6 wine. This process imparts unexpected freshness and aromatic complexity, making it distinctive in the regional wine scene.
In the glass, Full Minaa presents an intense ruby red color. The nose is rich with notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and subtle hints of herbs. On the palate, the wine is soft, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish that invites another sip.
