Description

Franz Haas Petit Manseng 2022

The 2022 Petit Manseng from Franz Haas is an aromatic white wine of notable elegance, grown on alluvial soils in low hills between 220 and 320 meters of altitude. Guyot-trained vines and the grape’s small berries with thick skins ensure aromatic concentration and structure.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo barrel fermentation, where the wine rests for around ten months, gaining complexity and elegant notes of dried fruit and minerality. Bottle aging follows, harmonizing acidity, sapidity, and depth.

The Petit Manseng 2022 stands out for its gastronomic versatility: served chilled at 12°C, it enhances flavors of Asian dishes, Thai soups, seafood preparations, and pasta with bottarga. It is also perfect as a refined aperitif, thanks to its freshness, balance, and aromatic complexity.
