The Côtes du Jura Chardonnay Savagnin Les Molates 2022 is a white wine that faithfully expresses the distinctive identity of the Jura and the philosophy of Eric Thill, a producer dedicated to showcasing the authenticity of his terroir. Sourced from the historic Les Molates Lieu-dit, where Chardonnay and Savagnin thrive on yellow and blue marl soils, it combines richness, freshness and mineral precision. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 8 months on fine lees, it reveals aromas of ripe citrus, peach, white flowers and subtle iodine notes. The palate is broad, savoury and persistent, making it an excellent companion to shellfish, rich fish dishes, mushroom risotto and Comté cheese.
