The Edi Keber Collio Merlot 2018 is an elegant and complex red wine, representing the excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia viticulture. Produced only in the best vintages from old, carefully selected vines, this Merlot perfectly expresses its territory with character and refinement.

The winemaking includes a long maceration, followed by 12-18 months aging in barriques, which adds softness, elegance, and complexity. Bottled unfiltered, it preserves its natural aromatic qualities.

The wine shows a deep ruby red color, while the nose is rich with blackberry, cassis, aromatic herbs, and balsamic notes. On the palate it is soft, structured, balanced, and fresh, with elegant tannins and good persistence, also suitable for further aging.
