The Champagne Brut Tendresse 2012 is a fine Champagne produced by Louise Brison. It is a Champagne Blanc de Blancs obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which vinify and refine in oak barrels. The grapes that make up this bottle come from the 2008 harvest, so it has undergone a rest on the yeasts of 4 years. Bright golden yellow color, the Champagne Brut Tendresse expresses a warm and delicious nose of plums, pears and almonds, with a slight toasting. In the mouth you can perceive aromas of white fruit, violet and again the delicate spice. The sip is well balanced and persistent. Excellent to combine as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
