Champagne Brut Millésime 2011 André Clouet
Champagne Brut Millésime 2011 is a fine wine produced by André Clouet. The Cuvée is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, all from the 2011 vintage.
The wine ferments and then ages in Sauternes barriques for several years for a final "brut" dosage. André Clouet's Champagne Millésime 2011 is a complex and well-balanced sparkling wine: it shows in the glass a beautiful bright straw yellow colour with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
It expresses a refined and broad bouquet of white fruits, floral aromas, honey and yeast along with the oxidative notes typical of Champagnes that age for a long time. The sip is balanced between body and freshness, very persistent.
