Saint Joseph 2020 Natacha Chave
This fine wine from the Rhône Valley is made from 100% Syrah from the 1.5 hectares of vineyards that Natacha Chave owns in the Saint Joseph appellation, in the Rhône Valley.
For the production of this wine, organic farming methods are followed, from the vineyard that Natacha treats with organic infusions she makes, to the cellar where the interventions are minimal, spontaneous fermentation and bottling take place without clarification or filtration.
The wine then ages in oak barrels for 11 months. The Saint Joseph 2020 by Natacha Chave shows itself at the sight of a beautiful intense ruby red color, while the nose offers floral and spicy notes, fruity hints of blackcurrant, blackberries and coffee. The sip is full and balanced because it manages to compensate for the important structure with a nice dose of freshness.

VINIFICAZIONE: fermentazione spontanea, affinamento in botti per l'80% di demi-muids (barili da 600 litri) e per il 20% in barrique da 220 litri per 11 mesi. Imbottigliamento senza chiarificazione ne filtrazione.
