The "La Salita" Rosé is an authentic representation of Abruzzo, produced with Montepulciano grapes cultivated on the first hills in the heart of the Pescara territory. The sip reveals a lively freshness, accompanied by a pronounced tannin, enriched with a bouquet of vibrant red fruits, underscored by spicy hints and delicate essences of Mediterranean herbs.
The vines for this wine grow in the "La Salita" vineyard, located between Loreto Aprutino and Pianella, characterized by steep slopes that offer an interesting northeast exposure, promoting the development of pleasant acidity. The soil, with its combination of clay and limestone layers, further emphasizes the wine's distinctive character.
The approach in the vineyard is based on respect for the plants and biodiversity, with an absolute exclusion of chemical or synthetic substances. In the cellar, the production philosophy remains consistent, with spontaneous fermentations and no filtrations, allowing the wine to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.
