The Sancerre Blanc Château de Fontaine Audon 2020 is a high-quality white wine produced by Domaine Langlois-Chateau, one of the most renowned estates in the Loire Valley, with a long tradition of winemaking and vineyard excellence. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, grown in prime Sancerre plots, imparting elegance, freshness, and a distinctive character linked to the region’s limestone soils.
Vinification takes place with controlled-temperature stainless steel fermentation, followed by aging on the lees until bottling in spring, preserving the wine’s freshness, varietal typicity, and balance. Visually, the 2020 Sancerre displays a pale straw-yellow color with green highlights, introducing an intense and aromatic bouquet typical of Sauvignon Blanc, with delicate fruity and floral notes complemented by pleasant minerality.
