Description

Roero Arneis 2025 Palladino

The Roero Arneis 2025 is made from 100% Arneis grapes, cultivated on 0.60 ha in the Roero region, with south/southeast exposure at altitudes of 220–250 m. The vineyards grow on sandy and marl soils, trained with simple Guyot, yielding 9,500 kg/ha. Manual harvesting ensures the selection of the finest bunches, preserving the aromatic integrity of the grapes.

The wine is characterized by delicate aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits, leading to a full, persistent palate with a sweet, mineral finish. Its combination of freshness, elegance, and structure makes the Roero Arneis 2025 versatile and enjoyable both on its own and paired with refined dishes.

Recommended pairings include appetizers, refined first courses, and seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif, it enhances social moments with finesse and lightness.
