Olivier Lamy is first and foremost a big fan of Burgundy, talking to him is a pleasure.

Most of its vineyards are located in St Aubin, and a few other wines outside this denomination: Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet and Santenay.

What Olivier is able to do in Saint-Aubin makes you wonder what he could do with the main points of Meursault, Corton-Charlemagne, the Montrachets or even Chablis.

His wines are pure, grumpy when young. Very low yields and high density systems to the limits of the possible are its philosophy.

It was said that its wines are expensive for Saint-Aubin, but for such great wines, I say they are the best deal in Burgundy.
