White Colli di Luni 2019 Il Torchio
Bianco Colli di Luni 2019 is a Ligurian wine produced by the Il Torchio winery. It is made from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in the Colli di Luni area, in the province of La Spezia. A fresh and immediate wine that is made with a short maceration on the skins of one or two days of about half the mass, and a subsequent aging in steel for 6 months, aspects that give the wine greater structure and aromatic complexity. Il Torchio white wine has a bright and intense straw yellow color. The bouquet expresses delicate notes of white flowers, aromas of yellow fruit, hints of Mediterranean scrub herbs, iodine and marine nuances. In the mouth it has a good structure, fresh, aromatic and savory. It is a wine that fully reflects the characteristics of the grape variety and the territory, with great elegance and radiance: Vermentino requires warm, dry and ventilated climates.
