Ibbianco 2020 is a fine white wine produced by Casanova di Neri. It is a blend of almost equal measure between Vermentino and Grechetto from Podere Spereta vineyards, which give the wines personality and structure. Straw yellow with golden reflections, the nose expresses beautiful fruity and floral aromas: tasty bouquet of apple, pineapple, acacia honey, almond and Mediterranean scrub open to a fresh and elegant sip, with good persistence and balance.

VINIFICATION: Manual selection of the grapes before and after peeling. Spontaneous fermentation follows without the use of added yeasts in steel vats at controlled temperature for 12 days.
