Le Cese 2018 Collecapretta
Le Cese 2018 is a natural wine without added sulfites, produced from Sangiovese grapes in Umbria by the Collecapretta winery.
An Italian red that after the young phase of the fragrance acquires depth and depth, always remaining in the sphere of elegance and drinkability. The scents are fresh cherry and violet, ripe leather, roots and earth. In the mouth the thorn of the acidity dictates the dynamics and the memories of the rich and juicy finish, recall with precision the nose. A natural wine endowed with the value of ductility, from the first to the meat, humbly supports the comparison with food.
Natural Wines Without Sulphites
The natural wines derive from the cultivation of vines treated exclusively with copper and sulphur (in limited quantities), compost of biodynamic and natural origin, respecting the growth and maturation cycles strictly dictated by nature, in order to obtain grapes that are naturally healthy, strong and able to defend themselves against parasites.
As far as winemaking is concerned, the natural wines are brought to maturation without the addition of any supporting chemical substances or selected yeasts, leaving the course of spontaneous maceration of sugar and sulphites of the grapes to take place in a completely natural way.
