Franciacorta Saten 2019 Mosnel

The Satèn 2019 by Mosnel is a graceful and smooth Franciacorta made from 100% Chardonnay. Fermented partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, it ages for 30 months on the lees, delivering creamy texture and aromatic finesse.

It shows a bright straw color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant notes of white flowers, lemon zest, peach, almond and buttery pastry emerge. The palate is soft, balanced and refreshing, with a long, mineral-driven finish.

Perfect for elegant aperitifs or paired with seafood, delicate first courses or fresh cheeses. A refined sparkling wine with a smooth, velvety charm.
