Franciacorta Parosé 2007 Riedizione 2023 Mosnel
The Parosé 2007 Re-edition 2023 by Mosnel is an exceptional vintage Franciacorta Rosé Riserva, released after an astonishing 14 years of lees ageing. Crafted in very limited quantities, it represents a rare opportunity to experience the depth and elegance of long-matured sparkling wine.
Made from a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vinified as rosé, the base wines were partially fermented in oak barriques and partially in stainless steel, before entering a lengthy bottle ageing process that preserved freshness while developing tertiary nuances.
In the glass, it displays a brilliant antique pink hue with an ultra-fine perlage. On the nose, it unfolds in layers of wild berries, candied citrus, dried roses, toasted nuts, sweet spices, and mineral undertones. The palate is voluminous and silky, with a dynamic balance between richness and freshness, ending in a long, savoury finish.
