Franciacorta Satén 2018 Mosnel

Satèn 2018 from Mosnel is a graceful expression of Franciacorta elegance. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes traditional method vinification and spends 36 months on the lees, yielding a wine of exceptional finesse and silky mouthfeel.

Satèn, a style unique to Franciacorta, is characterized by lower bottle pressure (under 5 atmospheres) and a smooth, creamy texture. This 2018 vintage displays a bright straw yellow hue and a fine, persistent perlage.

The nose reveals fresh white flowers, citrus zest, green apple and stone fruit, with hints of brioche. On the palate it is rounded, elegant and vibrant, with a long, savory finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes, fish, sushi and soft cheeses, it is a refined and harmonious sparkling wine.
