Campo Rombolo 2017 is a natural wine produced by Le Calle. The "Le Calle" organic farm is located on the hills of Cinigiano in the heart of the Maremma, on the territory of the Montecucco DOCG. This 2017 "Campo Rombolo" bottle is produced from Sangionese grapes which are destemmed and crushed and fermented in cement tanks at a temperature of 18-30 ° for about 15/20 days. They then undergo 18-month aging in Slavonian oak barrels. In bottle for another 6 months. It is a ruby red wine with a refined nose of fruity hints of cherry and plum, earthy aromas in a frame of spices. In the mouth it is warm and full-bodied, with an important tannic structure.
