The Jobard name has been associated with fine Chardonnay production for generations, and today Antoine Jobard continues this legacy through a traditional approach focused on terroir expression, precision and balance.
This wine is made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, grown on Burgundy soils that provide the perfect balance between fruit maturity, freshness and mineral tension. Despite its regional classification, the wine clearly reflects the Domaine’s signature style: purity, elegance and remarkable ageing potential.
The winemaking follows a meticulous and traditional philosophy. After careful handling of the grapes, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, allowing the Chardonnay to develop greater complexity while maintaining its natural freshness.
