Veronnet Rouge 2021 is a red wine from Savoie produced by Corentin Houillon using natural methods. It is made from Gamay grapes, fermented with maceration on the skins for 21 days with 40% whole bunches, then bottled and unfiltered without the addition of sulphites. It is a Gamay faithful to the terroir, characterised by a bouquet of red fruits and spices and a balanced palate between freshness and complexity.

Veronnet Rouge 2021 Corentin Houillon

The Corentin Houillon Veronnet Rouge 2021 is made with Gamay from vineyards undergoing conversion to organic farming. The 5-hectare Houillon estate is located in Serrières en Chautagne, Savoie. The vines grow on a glacial moraine.

The wine is macerated for 21 days with 40% whole clusters, then bottled and unfiltered without the addition of sulphites.

The Corentin Houillon Veronnet Rouge 2021 is an intense ruby red colour. It is slightly fruity on the nose, rich and very fresh on the palate.
