Teroldego Morei 2020 Foradori
Teroldego Morei 2020 is a red wine from Trentino produced using natural methods by the Foradori winery. The Foradori "Morei" is made from pure Teroldego grapes from a single vineyard, located in Mezzolombardo, where the grapes grow on alluvial soil.
Both in the vineyard and in the cellar the principles of biodynamic agriculture are followed, which Elisabetta Foradori has followed since 2000, including the prohibition of using chemical substances. Fermentation in the cellar is spontaneous and in the case of the Morei there is a long maceration on the skins in terracotta amphorae called Tinajas, and then refinement in cement tanks.
The Teroldego "Morei" shows a typical deep, dark red colour in the glass, while the nose offers fruity hints of blackberry and blueberry, together with earthy notes and undergrowth. The sip is fresh and elegant and at the same time soft and round.
