Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Referts" 2022 is a fine wine produced by the Domaine Jean Philippe Fichet. It is the only 1er cru label of the Côte des Blancs produced by Jean-Philippe Fichet. The grapes come precisely from the 1er Cru Les Referts vineyard, which rests on a clay-limestone ferruginous soil of an ocher red color. This Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Referts is a very elegant and refined wine: it shows a golden straw yellow color, with a distinctly floral nose, of white fruit, almond and mineral salts. The sip is enveloping and balanced, with a long persistence.
