The Müller-Thurgau 2022 from Abbazia di Novacella is a vibrant and expressive white wine made from one of the most iconic grapes of the Isarco Valley. A cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royale, Müller-Thurgau thrives in high-altitude vineyards (600–850 meters) where cool mountain breezes and mineral-rich soils shape its lively character.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by a short maturation on the fine lees, preserving freshness and aromatic clarity.

In the glass, it reveals a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. The bouquet offers elderflower, wildflowers, citrus zest, and subtle mountain herbs. On the palate, it is zesty, light-bodied, and refreshing, with a clean, mineral finish.
