Depending on the vintage, 40–60% whole‑cluster maceration is employed during 13–14 days in open wooden vats to enhance aromatic finesse. Fermentation completes and the wine is aged in 50% new oak barrels, yielding refined tannins and subtle spice and vanilla nuances while preserving freshness.

The result is a powerful yet elegant Pinot Noir expressing ripe red fruit, delicate spice, and a long, persistent finish—ideal with fine red meats and aged cheeses.
