Chicos by Julien Pineau is an extraordinary white wine crafted from Colombard grapes in the picturesque Loire Valley. It's a testament to overwhelming passion and unwavering dedication to quality, embodying the essence of the French wine region.

The grapes for Chicos hail from the Gers region in Southwest France, near Toulouse. With meticulous care, Julien Pineau selects the finest organic Colombard grapes from the Jean Daugé estate in Occitania, nestled near the Pyrenees mountains.

After careful harvesting, the grapes undergo pressing and fermentation at the domaine. The winemaking process is meticulously overseen, with 50% of the wine aged in wood and the remaining 50% in stainless steel for a full year. This combination of techniques imparts a balanced and complex structure to the wine, enriching its personality with unique nuances.

The result is a natural wine with soft textures, vibrant freshness, and surprising intensity. Chicos stands out for its dynamism and mineral undertones, leaving a refreshing and full sensation in the mouth.
