Longitude Champagne Blanc de Blancs Larmandier Bernier
The "Longitude" Champagne Blanc de Blancs is a fine Champanoise method sparkling wine produced by the Larmandier Bernier company. It is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, from plants from the Premier Cru vineyards of Vertus and in the Grand Crus of Oger, Avize and Cramant. The name derives from the fact that the vineyards are located on the same Longitude, and rest on mainly chalky soils, ideal for the cultivation of Chardonnay, which gives the wines minerality and elegance.
All production processes are carried out according to biodynamic agriculture methods, such as spontaneous fermentation and refermentation in the bottle, following the principles of the Champenoise Method. Subsequently, it undergoes a maturation of 24 months. The "Longitude" Champagne shows a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense with exotic fruit and herbaceous aromas. In the mouth it is lively, fresh, with a savory finish. A dynamic and fresh Champagne, accessible and pleasant to drink on any occasion.
