Vin de France Cuvée Anatole Blanc 2022 Fanny Sabre
Vin de France Cuvee Anatole Blanc 2022 by Fanny Sabre embodies the essence of freshness and refinement. Originating from vineyards located south of Beaune, in the region of Sainte-Marie la Blanche, this cuvée combines Aligoté and Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes, hand-picked, are pressed directly and vinified without the addition of sulfites or other additives. Aging takes place for 5 months in 500-liter barrels, during which Fanny Sabre adds a minimal amount of sulfites to preserve the wine's quality. The result is a wine that expresses pleasant freshness, with aromas of citrus, white fruit, and white flowers.
Perfect with fish dishes and aged goat cheeses, this wine stands out for its roundness and floral notes on the palate, while its pale yellow and clear color catches the eye. With a shelf life of 3 years, the Vin de France Cuvee Anatole Blanc is ready to delight your special and convivial moments.
