Vin de France Cuvee Anatole Blanc 2022 by Fanny Sabre embodies the essence of freshness and refinement. Originating from vineyards located south of Beaune, in the region of Sainte-Marie la Blanche, this cuvée combines Aligoté and Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes, hand-picked, are pressed directly and vinified without the addition of sulfites or other additives. Aging takes place for 5 months in 500-liter barrels, during which Fanny Sabre adds a minimal amount of sulfites to preserve the wine's quality. The result is a wine that expresses pleasant freshness, with aromas of citrus, white fruit, and white flowers.
