Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Magnum Arunda
Arunda Brut is a high-altitude sparkling wine produced in Meltina, South Tyrol, at over 1,200 meters above sea level, making Arunda one of the highest sparkling wine cellars in Europe. This Brut embodies the Arunda philosophy: champenoise tradition, high-quality grapes, and long lees aging.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine is produced using the Traditional Method, with a minimum of 24 months aging on the lees.
In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw yellow hue with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet offers green apple, white flowers, citrus peel, and bread crust. The palate is fresh, linear, and mineral, with a dry, clean finish.
A versatile sparkling wine, ideal both as an aperitif or throughout the meal, offering Alpine elegance and crisp precision.
