Soave Classico "Otto" 2020 Graziano Pra

Soave Classico Otto 2020 is a natural fine wine produced by Graziano Pra. The territory it belongs to is the absolute way, as the company is located right in the heart of the Soave Classico appellation. It is made from 100% Garganega grapes, an autochthonous white grape variety that grows on soils of volcanic origin, facing south-east at an altitude of about 200 m.

It is a natural wine without sulphites, which undergoes fermentation and aging in steel to keep the primary characteristics of the grapes intact. This precious Soave Classico Otto 2020 is in fact straw-yellow in color, with an aromatic profile mainly fruity of peach and apricot, delicately floral and mineral, an aspect that derives from the volcanic origin of the soils. It is a pleasant and drinkable wine, fresh and with good persistence which ends in a mineral and savory finish.

It goes well with appetizers, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
