This 2020 "Cuvée Bistrot" from Puy Arnaud is a simple and pleasing wine, perfect for an evening in company of friends. It is a Bordeaux red made from 100% Merlot grapes cultivated according to biodynamic farming principles. The vineyard is located on a plateau formed by Asteria limestone and hilly slopes, between 75 and 100 meters above sea level. A semi-carbonic maceration and an aging of 3 months in cement are used, aspects that enhance the deliciousness and immediacy of the fruit. This wine offers a pleasant nose of red fruits and floral notes, for a fresh, smooth and flowing sip. A very enjoyable entry Cuvée from Puy Arnaud winery, a real and proper "Bistrot wine".
