Savigny-Lès-Beaune 3-Bottle Pack
Savigny-lès-Beaune is one of the most expressive villages in the Côte de Beaune, often seen as a stylistic bridge between the finesse of Beaune and the more structured character of the Côte de Nuits. Its limestone-clay soils, enriched with iron-rich veins and a varied altitude ranging from 250 to 400 meters, produce Pinot Noir wines defined by freshness, balance and aromatic clarity. This is a terroir where elegance meets immediacy, delivering wines capable of both early enjoyment and graceful ageing.
This exclusive pack compares three interpretations of the same appellation. Fanny Sabre’s Savigny Les Beaune Rouge 2023 reflects a deeply artisanal philosophy: spontaneous fermentations, gentle extractions and minimal sulfur use, resulting in a vibrant, pure and fruit-driven Pinot Noir that emphasizes drinkability and energy.
The Domaine Rapet with its Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru “Aux Fornaux” 2022 represents the classical Burgundy approach. Old vines, meticulous sorting and controlled vinification with partial new oak aging create a more structured and layered expression. The wine shows refined tannins, depth and a complex aromatic profile evolving toward red berries, forest floor and subtle spice.
Completing the trio, Chanterêves presents Les Godeaux 2022, a modern and precision-driven interpretation of Savigny-lès-Beaune. Partial whole-bunch fermentation and aging in used barrels preserve purity and transparency, delivering a Pinot Noir defined by tension, minerality and aromatic lift. The palate is silky, linear and vibrant, with outstanding finesse and length.
Three wines, three philosophies, one terroir: Savigny-lès-Beaune revealed in all its nuances.
