Saint-Aubin 2020 Domaine Larue

Saint-Aubin 2020 is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Larue. It is made from Chardonnay grapes from old vines located on a south-facing site at an average height of 320 metres, on a clay-limestone soil.

After precise monitoring of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small crates. After a light pressing, the must flows through a pneumatic press and is poured into oak barrels where fermentation begins. Refinement takes place in 20% new oak barrels. After ageing for 10 months on the fine lees, the wine is blended, refined and bottled after a light filtration.

This Saint-Aubin 2020 shows a brilliant and limpid straw yellow colour in the glass. The nose is characterised by a pleasant vanilla fragrance, while the sip is fresh and lively, with a light and savoury structure.
