Champagne Brut Grand Cru Marie Noelle Ledru
Brut Grand Cru is a fascinating label and much sought after among lovers of French bubbles, is a fine champagne particularly fine and elegant, produced by Marie Noelle Ledru, the lady of the Pinot Noir.
Champagne Grand Cru Brut Ledru is produced with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vineyards over 40 years old cultivated without chemical intervention, only the best grapes are chosen for this Cuvée and are vinified separately. The first fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts and 50% of the Maison's reserve wines are added to the vintage wine to maintain the flavour of this great Champagne over the years. The second fermentation takes place according to the Champenoise Method in the bottle and lasts at least 48 months.
Poured into the glass, the Champagne Grand Cru Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow colour, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose alternates notes of citrus fruits, white fruits, bread crust and pastries. In the mouth it is deep and complex, supported by a great freshness.
