Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2017 Noellat
Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2017 is a fine Burgundy wine produced by Noellat. The vineyards of the Appellation Hautes Cotes de Nuits are cultivated in the highest part of the hillsides, at about 300-400 metres above sea level, which is characterised by a cooler climate. It is in these conditions that the grapes give rise to an elegant and refined wine, which is at its best in the most favourable vintages when optimal ripening of the fruit can be achieved. The base wine matures in partially new French oak barrels for about a year and a half. This Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2017 has a light and bright ruby red colour, while the nose expresses elegant aromas of flowers, small red fruits such as wild strawberries, currants and raspberries. Refined for an elegant and drinkable sip, with silky tannins and a fresh finish.

VINIFICATION: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels at controlled temperature. Aging 18 months in French oak barrels.
