Founded in 1738, La Campore is a historic winery from Canavese, Piedmont, where tradition and passion meet innovation. The estate, once owned by the Counts Valperga di Masino, is now run by Alessandro Fiamenghi, his partner Chiara and father Roberto. Their philosophy combines respect for nature with artisanal winemaking. Centered on Erbaluce di Caluso, alongside Nebbiolo and other native grapes, La Campore produces elegant, authentic wines that tell the story of their land.

The La Campore winery traces its origins back to 1738, when it was established as an estate of the Counts Valperga di Masino in the Canavese hills, a renowned area for high-quality red and white wines. After being acquired in 1974 by the Fiamenghi family from Saronno, the property underwent a careful restoration, reclaiming its historic beauty and viticultural vocation.

Today, Alessandro Fiamenghi, together with his partner Chiara and his father Roberto, leads the family estate with enthusiasm and respect for tradition. The 4 hectares of vineyards surrounding the estate are cultivated primarily with Erbaluce di Caluso, the symbolic white grape of Northern Piedmont, complemented by Nebbiolo and other native varieties.

The winery’s philosophy revolves around sustainability, biodiversity, and authenticity. The vineyards, adorned with roses and fruit trees, are treated as a living garden, managed with low-impact farming methods and a deep sense of environmental responsibility.
