Pinot Grigio “Fuoripista” 2024 Foradori
The Pinot Grigio “Fuoripista” 2024 by Foradori is a unique and uncompromising interpretation of Pinot Grigio from Trentino. Created through the collaboration between Elisabetta Foradori and biodynamic farmer Marco Devigli, this wine embodies a philosophy focused on purity, minimal intervention and authentic expression of the grape.
Vinification takes place entirely in clay amphorae, where whole grapes ferment and macerate on their skins for approximately eight months. This ancient method allows for a slow and natural extraction of colour, aroma and structure, without external influence such as oak. The natural micro-oxygenation of the clay enhances complexity while preserving the integrity of the fruit.
In the glass, it stands out for its deep rosé-gold, copper hue, a direct result of extended skin contact. The aromatic profile is complex and layered, featuring macerated fruit, liquorice, spice, floral nuances and a subtle alcoholic lift that adds depth.
On the palate, the wine is textured and enveloping, supported by savoury and mineral notes. A defining feature is its light yet present tannic structure, unusual for a white wine, which adds grip and length to the finish. The overall impression is vibrant, structured and persistent.
“Fuoripista” breaks conventions, redefining Pinot Grigio as a complex, artisanal and terroir-driven wine rather than a simple, easy-drinking style. Ideal for experienced wine lovers seeking authenticity and character.
