Nova Domus Riserva Magnum 2021 Terlano
Nova Domus Riserva is one of Cantina Terlano’s flagship whites, blending Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in a refined, structured and age-worthy cuvée.
Grown on steep, porphyry-rich slopes between 300 and 500 meters in Terlano’s classic area, each variety contributes its character: body from Pinot Blanc, elegance from Chardonnay, and aromatic lift from Sauvignon.
Fermented in large oak barrels and aged for 12 months on fine lees, the wine develops remarkable complexity and texture.
It shows a bright golden yellow in the glass, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, white flowers, herbs and flint. The palate is full, layered and mineral, with a long, savory finish.
An exceptional white wine, perfect for cellaring or pairing with rich fish dishes, white meat, mushrooms and aged cheeses.
